Refund and cancellation policy

Refund, cancellation, rescheduling, deposit, and work-started terms for analytics consulting.
Eligibility and timing
If you cancel before work begins, prepaid fees are refundable in full, less any non-recoverable third-party costs disclosed in advance. Requests should be sent within 14 days of payment. Once work starts, a partial refund may be available for the uncompleted portion of the agreed scope.
Non-refundable work and deposits
Completed workshops, delivered analysis, time already worked, and specifically purchased data or research services are non-refundable. A proposal may identify a reasonable deposit as non-refundable where it reserves capacity or covers discovery already performed.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and no-shows
Scheduled workshops may be moved once without charge with at least two working days' notice. Later changes and no-shows may be charged for the reserved time. If we cancel and cannot agree a new date, the affected undelivered work is refunded.
Requesting and receiving a refund
Email hello@connector-controlhub.digital with the engagement name, invoice, reason, and preferred contact details. Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 10 working days, though financial institutions may take longer. Exceptions required by applicable law remain unaffected.
